2. What the site does not do

• It does not collect personal data: there are no forms, registrations, comments or newsletters, so no names, email addresses or other data are requested.
• It does not set cookies, either its own or third-party ones.
• It does not use statistics or traffic analysis tools (analytics) or tracking pixels.
• It does not carry out profiling or advertising.
• It does not store anything in your browser (no localStorage or similar storage).
• It does not load third-party resources (fonts, scripts, widgets, videos or external images): all files are served from the site's own domain.

3. Hosting: Cloudflare Pages

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit a page, your browser connects to Cloudflare's servers, which, to ensure the operation and security of the service (for example to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse and attacks), may process technical data about the request, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and information about your browser, recording them in their logs.

The site does not use this technical data for statistics or profiling. Cloudflare processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy, which also describes transfers of data outside the European Economic Area and the related safeguards.

4. Background music

The music starts only if you click the “Music” button and stops when you click it again. The audio file is hosted on the site itself: no external services are contacted, no data is collected and nothing is stored in your browser, not even your volume preference.

5. Links to other sites

This page contains a few links to external sites (Cloudflare's privacy policy and the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority). They open only if you click them; from that point on, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

6. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with regard to any personal data concerning you, you can contact the controller to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request rectification or erasure;
• request restriction of processing;
• request data portability, where applicable;
• object to processing.

For technical data processed by Cloudflare, you can also contact Cloudflare directly, in accordance with its privacy policy.
